Where do you deliver to?

Home Butchers currently deliver to addresses across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Mainland UK. We can deliver larger palletised orders to customers in any country in Europe by special arrangement.


When will my order be delivered?

When you place an order with Home Butchers you will be asked to select a target delivery slot. Target delivery slots are available over set days each week and are based on when our team is dispatching goods. We aim to get all orders dispatched 24 hours before your target delivery date, your order will normally be delivered on the target delivery date that you selected and the box should be left if no one is at home at time of delivery. You can track the progress of your order in the my account section of the Home Butchers website. Occasionally items may arrive after the target delivery date due to reasons beyond our control such as inclement weather or transit problems.

We dispatch orders between Monday and Thursday each week. We don’t usually dispatch orders on Fridays.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account section of the Home Butchers website. Once logged in, you can find out when your order was processed, dispatched and received. Help and advice is always available from the Home Butchers Customer Care team. Drop them an e-mail or give them a call if you can’t find the information you need from your online account.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order providing that our team has not dispatched the goods. To change your order, please first make sure that it has not been dispatched. If your order has not been dispatched, please contact Home Butchers by calling or e-mailing our customer care team.


What is your returns policy?

If an order is cancelled either wholly or partially, prior to the goods leaving our premises you are guaranteed a full refund.  Once an order is dispatched we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the product.


How are orders packaged?

Every Home Butchers order is packed into sturdy, temperature-controlled boxes. Home Butchers mail order boxes are designed to make the transportation of our food easy and safe to reach you in the best condition, ready for eating, refridgeration or freezing. Temperature control is managed by a natural sheep's wool insulation combined with gel pack cooling agents to keep all food cool and fresh during transit.

 

What are the order deadlines for deliveries before Christmas?

This will be updated each year depending on how Christmas falls and will be displayed on our Christmas page.
