5 Ways to Cook Steak Strips
Steak strips are versatile and can be used in pretty much any recipe where you want the flavour of beef. Here are five quick ideas of where to use our Home Butcher’s beef steak strips:
- Sautee the strips and use them to fill tortillas to make fajitas.
- Grill the strips and use them to top a jacket potato for a different take on steak and jackets.
- Fry the strips in a wok with Asian seasonings and sauces, broccoli and cashews. Serve over rice.
- Serve with couscous and flatbread for a quick lunchtime wrap.
- Slice a baguette lengthwise, taking care not to slice all the way through. Fill the baguette with cooked steak strips and top with cheese. Warm under a grill to melt the cheese and serve.
