For the T Bone Steaks with Mushrooms

1 Home Butcher's T Bone Steak, per person

200 grams mushrooms, sliced

1 red onion, quartered

1 handful radishes, sliced


salt and pepper


T Bone Steaks with Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. Fry the steak in a bit of butter until your desired doneness is reached.
  2. While the steak rests, add a bit more butter to the pan and fry the mushrooms and onion until tender.
  3. Sliced the radishes thinly and a bit of chili, if you like.
  4. Serve the steak topped with the sauteed mushrooms and onion and with slivers of radish.
